Our recruitment process outlined.

  • We carry out an initial discussion with the client to qualify requirements.
  • Once a job description has been created, we select a short list of three suitable candidates, preferring candidates who we've worked with before.
  • The shortlisted candidates will be screened, interviewed and fully vetted.
  • After the shortlisted candidates have passed the assessment process successfully, signing an exclusivity engagement with Senovo IT, they will undergo a rigorous referencing check process.
  • Successful candidates who have passed Senovo IT's strict references check will be sent to the client for the second interview. Typically, Senovo IT will send three CVs; two candidates will be selected for interview by the client with the preferred candidate receiving a job offer.

The candidate offer, rate negotiation and contract management will ONLY be managed by experienced and senior consultants at Senovo IT. This ensures that operational issues are resolved swiftly with the appropriate and most effective solution.
