 You’ll be sourcing candidates, writing job adverts and screening applications in order to find quality candidates to fill roles for our clients and send CVs across. While you will be supporting a team of senior consultants in fulfilling our clients IT requirements, you will also be headhunting more senior talent using various candidates databases and social media in order to fulfil our clients niche recruitment needs.

 This is a very fast-paced role, you’ll need to source quickly, so that we deliver an excellent service to our clients; with a focus on giving a great quality recruitment service to our clients and candidates.


Soft skills:

 You will have an interest in the technology environment and be able to become familiar with concepts quickly through formal and informal learning. You will be a fantastic relationship builder and be able to convert relationships from online applications to a long lasting partnership. You will have a flexible mind-set and will be able to come up with creative solutions to challenges that the market presents.
