    Sebastian has recruitment experience working directly with top architectural companies in the UK and worldwide, he has also managed large operations teams and liaised with high-end clients such as European consulates and embassies.

    He graduated from business and finance in the UK and was a customer experience manager for a financial group before moving to recruitment.

    Operations Assistant

    Jenny has a strong background in Administration as she studied Business Administration & Management degree in Spain. She has worked for some years in administration based and customer-facing roles. She is able to speak Spanish and English. Jenny holds the Operations Assistant role in Senovo IT, giving support to different departments.

    She loves doing various sports as well as meeting new people.

    IT Delivery Consultant

    Michal graduated in Business Management, having worked in different fields for over 10 years, he began to take an interest in the recruitment sector in 2013. He joined the Senovo IT team in 2021 as part of the sales team. He is the day-to-day salesperson that helps us to grow.

  • Fabrizio Innamorati


    Fabrizio is a technology and business enthusiast who majored in Economics achieving top grades. His working experience spans across different countries: Japan, Italy, UK, USA, Germany. He has worked for large multinationals joining Ford Motor Company on the graduate fast track program, becoming a manager at the age of 24. He founded Senovo IT in 2013 and has recently founded Career Matched a revolutionary job portal. He is an avid traveller, great cook, art lover, Yogi and a devoted father.

  • Victoria Fraga Grandio

    Associate Director

    Victoria is a Recruitment Team Leader who joined Senovo IT more than three years ago and witnessed the fast growth of the company from the early stages. She has ambitious plans to continue helping to grow the team at Senovo IT.

    Business Development Manager

    Phil has a depth of recruitment experience collected over the last 20 years. His earlier recruitment experience was in the Integration space (EAI, SOA, BPM), since then he has led teams to success in Security, Cloud HCM, Business Transformation and IT Service Management.

  • Angie Bedoya

    Manager - Contract Team

    Angie is responsible for the development of the portfolio of new client accounts for Senovo. She is accountable for developing, reviewing, and implement new business strategies and creating new business relationships with potential clients, while managing the full negotiation from start to finish.

  • Babacar Diallo

    Finance Manager

    Babacar graduated in 2015 in Financial Management & Management Accounting in Lyon. He is fluent in French and English. He did several jobs such as financial analyst, credit controller or management accountant. He had provided financial advices and support to help senior executives to make key decisions. Babacar oversees SENOVO-IT financial operations as a finance manager. He believes that economic could develop society and break traditional financial rules.

  • Francesca R. Colomer

    Head of Legal and Compliance

    Francesca qualified as a lawyer in Spain after completing her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in 2020. She speaks English, Spanish and Catalan and recently moved to London. She joined Senovo IT as an Administrative, Legal and Compliance Officer. She has an unwavering passion for the legal profession and has worked as a lawyer in different companies in Spain. 

    She is an avid reader and enjoys travelling and meeting new people and their cultures. 

  • Massimo Parodi

    IT Recruitment Consultant

    14 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment (Mainly SAP) since 2003. Used to work as SAP HCM in the past from 1999 until 2003. Massimo loves to cook pizzas and playing Kitesurfing in his spare time.

  • Carolina Salazar

    Finance Officer

    Carolina has a background in Economics. She is fluent in English and Spanish. After graduating in Business Administration, she worked in Spain and Venezuela. Having a test for challenges, she decided to move to London in 2015. Carolina operates as a finance officer. She is responsible for maintaining strong financial controls and reports to the company finance manager. She pays attention to detail and has a love for numbers.
